A little more about who I love to work with:

As an AuDHD therapist, I am passionate about fostering a space for neurodivergent folks to heal and feel seen. I enjoy supporting clients navigating burnout from masking, processing life and sociopolitical stressors, and exploring sensory and nervous system sensitivities. I also specialize in LGBTQIA+ celebratory care and working with perinatal mental health, infertility, and clients with PCOS. Many of my clients come to me carrying heavy feelings of being dismissed or misunderstood. Together, we will create a space where you feel safe and empowered to authentically express yourself. I work with teens, adults, and couples through secure online therapy across North Carolina.

My “Big Three” therapeutic focus areas include:

Neuroaffirming, Autistic-Centered, and ADHD Affirming Care: As an AuDHD therapist in North Carolina, I understand both the clinical and lived experience of navigating a neurotypical world. I offer therapy that centers you – your strengths, your challenges, and your lived experience. I enjoy walking alongside clients in self-discovery and uncovering the many strengths of the neurodivergent brain. Together, we gently unpack internalized shame, “not enough” stories, and messages you may have absorbed about who you’re supposed to be, and work toward building self-compassion and self-trust instead.

I often incorporate practical, neurodivergent friendly dialectical behavior therapy and somatic (body-based) practices, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. Although I love supporting Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adolescents and younger adults, I am especially passionate about working with individuals who identify as late-diagnosed or are exploring their neurotype in adulthood. There can be so much clarity, grief, relief, and empowerment in that process, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Perinatal Mental Health: The perinatal period – pregnancy through postpartum – is a powerful, critical, and sensitive time. It can bring joy, grief, love, fear, exhaustion, and everything in between. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) can show up as guilt, shame, irritability, intrusive thoughts, sadness, or a sense of “Why don’t I feel how I thought I would?”

For my neurodivergent folks, the perinatal period can magnify sensory overload, hormonal sensitivity and shifts, executive functioning challenges, and nervous system overwhelm. You may experience identity and role shifts that leave you questioning “Who am I now…? “

You do not have to carry these thoughts or feelings alone. I would love to help, and provide perinatal mental health therapy in North Carolina for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, and hormonal transitions.

I deeply respect and honor the vulnerability during this period and prioritize a judgment-free, compassionate space to process the messy, complex, and very real parts of perinatal mental health. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, loss, or identity shifts in early parenthood – come as you are. I will meet you with warmth, steadiness, and care.

Life Transitions: Breakups. Career shifts. Moves. New parenthood. Questioning or exploring your identities. Ending relationships. Beginning new ones. Even the transitions we choose can shake our sense of stability. And the ones we didn’t choose? They can feel disorienting, grief-filled, or even destabilizing.

Big changes often bring layered emotions such as relief and sadness, excitement and fear, hope and uncertainty – often all at the same time. You might feel stuck in indecision, overwhelmed by the unknown, or unsure how to move forward.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and untangle it all.

Together, we can process what you’re leaving behind, explore what you’re stepping into, and build coping tools to support your nervous system through change. You don’t have to rush clarity. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We can make space for the in-between.
