A little more about who I love to work with:

I am a queer, neuroaffirming AuDHD (Autistic ADHD) clinician who primarily works with individual Autistic clients ages 9 through adulthood. I also offer a limited number of openings for Autistic and mixed-neurotype couples, as well as parents of Autistic individuals.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I support clients in exploring their identity, understanding how they experience the world, processing trauma and anxiety, addressing unmet needs, and navigating life and relationships.

My style is relational, nurturing yet empowerment-focused, sensory-sensitive, somatic-oriented, and IFS-informed. As an Autistic-centered clinician, I love to incorporate client interests into the therapy space. I also provide neuroaffirming ERP therapy for OCD.

There are multiple valid ways to experience and interact with the world, and neurodivergent ways of being are valued here. I show up authentically to empower clients to do so, too—because therapy is relational, and healing and growth happen when humans feel safe.

My big three therapeutic focus areas include:

Autistic-Centered Therapy:

Navigating life as an Autistic person can be challenging. As an Autistic individual myself, I understand Autistic strengths and the barriers clients may experience daily. My goal is to support clients in reducing the mental health impacts of those barriers and increasing their sense of well-being.

I provide a neuroaffirming space to support Autistic clients in exploring their identity, understanding the way they experience the world, finding solutions that work for them, and using their strengths and interests to create a life more aligned with their way of being human.

ADHD:

I understand that school, work, and daily tasks may feel out of alignment with the way ADHD brains thrive. As an ADHDer myself, I understand ADHD strengths and the barriers clients may experience when navigating life. I value tangential thinking, use fidgets alongside clients, and work to create a space where clients feel safer showing up as their authentic selves.

Whether you’re seeking support to overcome obstacles, process shame, increase self-compassion, or navigate life, I help clients recognize their unique strengths and work with their brain to develop solutions that meet their needs and goals and increase their sense of well-being.

Trauma:

When people think of trauma, they often think of Big T Trauma. If these experiences are impacting your life, I can support your healing journey in ways that work for you. Neurodivergent individuals often experience identity-specific trauma related to the way they play, communicate, learn, socialize, and work.

You may have years of feeling chronically misunderstood, blamed, or left out. You may feel like an outsider. This type of trauma is equally impactful. If you need support, I offer a nurturing, judgment-free space to help you process your experiences, increase self-compassion, and feel more empowered.
